The access, navigation, and use of the SYSVAN website (hereinafter, the "Site") imply the express and unreserved acceptance of all terms contained in this Legal Notice.

1. Identity of the Site Owner

The owner of this Website is SYSVAN, operating under the legislation of the United Mexican States, with a legal domicile at Valle de Bravo 111, Col. Vergel de Coyoacán, CP 14340, Tlalpan, CDMX, Mexico, and official contact via sysvan@sysvan.com.mx.

2. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All intellectual and industrial property rights over the contents of the Site (including, without limitation, texts, graphics, logos, code, information architecture, published insights, and design) are the exclusive property of SYSVAN or third parties who have expressly authorized their use.

The total or partial public reproduction, distribution, or modification of the contents for commercial or copying purposes without the prior, express written authorization of SYSVAN is strictly prohibited.

3. Terms of Use

The user agrees to make appropriate, lawful, and good-faith use of the content and services (such as assessment forms) that SYSVAN offers through its portal.

4. Exclusion of Liability

The information contained on the Site, including the Insights and Solutions sections, serves an informative and commercial purpose. It does not constitute binding technical, accounting, legal, or financial advice. The architectural or Artificial Intelligence solutions described are uniquely adapted to each client's operational environment through independent professional service agreements (Statements of Work).

While SYSVAN implements Zero Trust standards and rigorous host-level security, we cannot be held liable for damages or IT vulnerabilities arising from third-party navigation software or network interceptions on public networks.

5. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction

The relationship between SYSVAN and the User shall be governed by current Mexican regulations. Any controversy will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them.
