  • General information regarding technical needs or operational challenges (Business Case)

Your corporate operations and personal data are protected under Zero Trust protocols. SYSVAN does not conduct commercial transfers of your personal data to unaffiliated third parties without your prior consent, except as provisioned under Article 37 of the Law.

5. ARCO Rights

You have the right to know what personal data we have collected, how it is used, and the conditions applied (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request corrections if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); to request its deletion from our logs (Cancellation); and to oppose its use for specific purposes (Opposition).
